Between the Indian River
and the Atlantic Ocean
The tallest building in Indialantic, the Villager has 97 units on 13 floors. It
stands out as an iconic landmark and is clearly seen when crossing the causeway from Melbourne.
Only about 20 miles south of Cape Canaveral, the Villager has witnessed countless shuttle and rocket
launches since it was built in 1975. The building has been updated continuously over the
years by the home owners and boasts a full-time manager and maintenance staff.
The east side is directly on an uncrowded beach that is a prime location for
spotting nesting sea turtles and their hatchlings, as well as gliding pelicans,
playful dolphins, an occasional migrating whale, and lots of surfers.
The west side offers a view of the Inland Waterway only a mile away, with
boats of all sizes and types wending their ways north or south while enjoying
the dolphins, manatees, and fishing in the lagoon.
The north and south sides get both views!
